London-based Mortice starts operations in Sri Lanka

London: Mortice Ltd., the AIM-listed security and facilities management company with India-focused operations, Tuesday said it has launched its Sri Lankan operations through its subsidiary Tenon Property Services (Lanka) Ltd.
Mortice Executive Chairman Major Manjit Rajain said the Sri Lanka business launches with three new contracts in the healthcare and IT services sectors.
“We are delighted to have started operating in Sri Lanka which represents a new milestone in the history of Mortice Ltd. and an important part of our plans to expand our activities across the Pan Asian region,” Rajain said in a statement to the London Stock Exchange.
He said the Mortice management team is now fully in place and looking for new opportunities to expand the company further.
