With entrepreneurs and small-medium businesses on the rise in the country, Lameer & Lameer (L&L), one of the most successful corporate secretarial practices, is planning to address this market with a fully-integrated approach in secretarial solutions.

L&L, which commenced commercial operations in October 2000, believes that running a business is challenging enough and owners need to focus on what really matters and not the obstacles that are thrown at them.

“This is where L&L comes into rescue to provide a full range of services from company incorporations through to filing annual returns and all related documentation, having to see to the regulatory framework of running the company,” L&L Chairman Zafraz Lameer said.

“As many of the prospects are unaware of the technicalities to incorporate their first business, file annual returns, deal with other regulatory or legal commitments or has the hassle of doing so, L&L makes it much easier with its services and also go onto the extent of educating them,” explained Lameer, who also an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants and Society of Certified Management Accountants of Sri Lanka.

“We have had the pride to serve our clients with a total corporate secretarial practice solution both efficiently and cost effectively for the past 10 years and our relationships are based on a highly personalised and customised scale, which explains our successful business model till date,” he said.

L&L, with its office located at 12, Fife Road, Colombo 5, according to Lameer is an ethical and socially responsible organisation in every sense of the word, and gives due consideration to all its stakeholders.

“It’s the human touch that’s needed in businesses to ease off the pain in addressing secretarial and financial issues, and we have been touching lives of many organisations including budding entrepreneurs ever since,” Lameer added.
