It was launched by the Executive Director of the Lakshman Kadirgamar Institute for International Relations and Strategic Studies Asanga Abeyagoonasekera who presented the Conference Report to the Chinese Ambassador to Sri Lanka Wu Jianghao at the Embassy of the People’s Republic of China in Colombo.
