Lankem Robbialac recently selected the first batch of winners in its tri-monthly ‘MawPiya Pranama’ campaign. This initiative runs for three months and ends on 31 May by which time a total of 130 winners will be selected from the lucky draw, all of whom will win pilgrimages to Dambadiwa and Thirupathi.
Launched early last month, ‘MawPiya Pranama’ is a novel initiative whereby Lankem Robbialac’s customers from all parts of Sri Lanka can now win from a range of all-expenses-paid pilgrimages to different places of religious worship.
As suggested by its name, this initiative offers children the unique opportunity of expressing their gratitude to their parents or family elders with a pilgrimage and thus make a dream come true for many.
Lankem Ceylon Director Ruwan T. Weerasinghe said: “The response to this initiative has been very encouraging since the day it was launched. We, in turn, are delighted that we can give our fellow countrymen the chance of making the dreams of their parents and family elders come true.”
The ongoing ‘Mawpiya Pranama’ campaign is primarily focused on the Buddhist and Hindu sections of our community. Customers who purchase more than 10 litres of Robbialac Emulsion and Weathercoat are automatically in the running in a draw which offers the lucky winners tours to different places of religious worship during the respective festive seasons.
Similar ‘Mawpiya Pranama’ campaigns will be held in August and December and offer Robbialac customers the possibility of winning pilgrimages to Muslim and Christian places of religious worship.
