JKOA rewards top performers at annual dealer convention

John Keells Office Automation Ltd (JKOA) felicitated their top dealers, to reward their efforts and celebrate their successes at a dealer convention recently.  180 members of the network including dealers and their supporting teams attended the event held at the Oak Room, Cinnamon Grand Colombo. 

JKOA is the market leader in office automation solutions, with a product portfolio that includes renowned global brands such as Samsung, Toshiba and Hitachi. Its service portfolio consists of warranty support, replacement of defective parts, operating system installation and optimisation and hardware and warranty extension upgrades. The company’s extended markets are serviced by a growing base of office automation dealer’s located island wide. It was their performance that was recognised at the convention with awards given out to top performers from Colombo and outstation networks. 

Awards were presented in the categories of Best Sales Representative, Best Dealer-Consumable Sales and Best Dealer 08-KHPerformance. Dealer performance in particular was adjudged based on a selection criteria such as achievement in consumable sales targets, year on year sales growth, market coverage, average payment settlement period, dedicated staff performance, customer relationships and promotional activities.

Top performers of the night from Tier 1 included North Link Engineering Vavuniya (Gold Award), K.T Office Automation Ltd Kurunegala (Silver Award) and Vanoj Office Automation Anuradhapura (Bronze Award) for the Best Dealer Performance.

Some of the key award recipients of the night include AMW Computers Negombo (Best Dealer-Consumable Sales Outstation Tier 1), TSP Management Services Ltd Moratuwa (Best Dealer-Consumable Sales Greater Colombo areas), Just Technologies Nugegoda (Best Dealer Performance Colombo and Greater Colombo areas), The Office Shop Ltd Kandy (Best Dealer Performance-Government Tenders All Island), Kent Business Systems Matara (Best Dealer Performance-Tier 2)and  Copier Plus Ltd Maldives (Best Dealer Performance-Toshiba Copiers).
