Investment and export forum in Batticaloa

An investment and export forum organised under the guidance of Development Strategies and International Trade Minister Malk Samarawickrema will be held at the Auditorium of the Batticaloa District Secretariat on 26 September to identify new investments and create new entrepreneurs in the Batticaloa District and facilitate them. 

State Minister Sujeewa Sanasinghe will preside over the event. Eastern Province Chief Minister Nazeer Ahamed will also participate. Officials of the BOI, EDB National Aquaculture Development Authority, Central Environmental Authority and other State institutions as well as investors and exporters will attend the forum.
