Professor Roger Lehman, the founder and first executive director of INSEAD Global Leadership Center (IGLC) will be delivering a keynote address on ‘Leading innovation: what every leader should know’ at the Amcham CEO forum on 31 July at Hotel Galadari.
Based on decades of experience researching and teaching at leading business schools around the world, Roger is expected to outline best practices of multinationals who lead with innovative products and services in the 21st century.
Roger Lehman is the Affiliate Professor of Entrepreneurship at INSEAD’s Business School, where he designs and teaches courses with a focus on executive leadership, personal and professional development, change management and high performance teams. In June 2010 Roger was appointed as Director of the INSEAD Executive Masters in Clinical Approaches to Management, an 18 month advanced degree program. Roger has an extremely varied academic background including sociology, anthropology, clinical and organisational psychology and psychoanalytic training. INSEAD is currently ranked as the number one non-US business school by several leading publications including Bloomberg BusinessWeek, QS Global 200 Business Schools Report and Forbes. The Financial Times ranked it number four in the world at 2011.
The CEO Forum also features a special address by State Management Reforms Cabinet Minister Navin Dissanayake.
