The final two phases of ICONIC 110 Parliament Road is about to begin with progress of the project going well ahead of schedule. The landmark luxury apartment project, bordering Colombo 8, has now reached the 16th slab with internal work such as plumbing, plastering, tiling and electrical work in lower floors in progress. The construction work is ahead of the original schedule, in itself a rare achievement.
Apurva Natvar Parikh Group (ANPG) Director Rohan Parikh said: “The project is progressing well overall and as at now over half the apartments have been sold and construction is well ahead of schedule. We are confident the apartments will be ready for occupation before the promised date of June 2014.”
