Karachi: Pakistani women entrepreneurs will exhibit their handicrafts at an international trade exhibition in Sri Lanka next month.
A group of women entrepreneurs under the umbrella of the Federation of Pakistan Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FPCCI) and in collaboration with Trade Development Authority of Pakistan (TDAP) will participate in the exhibition to showcase their products, the Associated Press of Pakistan reported.
Karachi Women Chambers of Commerce and Industry (District East) President Syeda Saeeda Bano and Chairperson FPCCI Standing Committee on Women Handicrafts said these women would exhibit different products like handicrafts, shoes, jewellery, garments, marble and applique work.
She said Pakistani women entrepreneurs had already participated in international trade exhibitions held in different countries including Bahrain, Malaysia and India and within the country.
