Recording exponential growth, the company’s staff strength has grown 400% within one year. Goldstar is now poised to offer a total turnkey solution as a result of access to Global Park, one of the largest warehouse facilities in Sri Lanka.

Speaking on the company’s future plans General Manager Operations Navin Karunaratne commented, “The commitment of our employees has enabled us to build a culture of customer service excellence and everyone in the company takes pride in the fact that even in the midst of a challenging economy, the company has set new performance records for customer service and reliability.”

A continuous quality improvement process is the bedrock of Goldstar’s leadership in the industry, where every aspect of the business is measured to increase and ensure efficiency.

Goldstar plans to further enhance their technology, so that clients can personally track shipments themselves .Additional plans in the pipeline, are also to launch a 24-hour service operation for the benefit of their clients.

While remaining conservatively optimistic, Goldstar is finalising shipment projections for 2013 and making preparations to procure new technologies and expand facilities to meet the needs to support its growing business activities, a spokesperson for the company said.
