Texprocess is the leading International trade fair for processing textile and flexible materials. This year18 companies applied with 30 products and services for the Texprocess Innovation Award 2013, but only seven innovations were awarded, one of which was Coats Colour Express. The award was presented to Joerg Jakobi, Coats Marketing Director Germany, at the ceremony which took place at the Congress Centre in Frankfurt on 10 June 2013.
Coats Colour Express is an unrivalled service offering customers a tool to help them select a precisely matched colour sample thread for their needs. It is the only truly integrated thread sampling service that connects brands, retailers and manufacturers online with Coats sales teams, laboratories and production facilities.

Coats Colour Express now has around 20,000 order lines placed per month on its new sampling platform and close to 55% of these orders are entered directly by customers.
