The Ceylon National Chamber of Industries (CNCI) has started accepting applications for Achievers’ Awards – 2015 after its launch in mid-March.  A large number of applications have already been collected for the competition.

CNCI Chairman Gamini Gunasekera believes that the popularity of the award within the industry is the reason for such a torrent of applications. The objective of the event is to promote industrial growth in the country by recognising industrialists who have excelled in their respective niche and enhance quality standards, productivity, employee benefits, labour relations, financial management, environmental obligations, etc.

The competition is open to industrialists in the categories of Micro, Small, Medium, Large and Extra Large from both the Manufacturing and Service sectors based on investment and turnover respectively.

For more details contact the CNCI Secretariat or visit www.cnci.biz. Applications will close on 30 June.
