CIC Holdings PLC (CIC), a leading blue chip in Sri Lanka, recently announced the re-launch of SuperMax, the world’s #2 shaving product.
A global company with operations spread across five continents, SuperMax is one of the leading razor blade manufacturing companies. Present at the re-launch of the brand was Regional Manager South Asia SuperMax Arup Ganguly and W.S. Premakumar, Divisional Director, CIC Holdings.

Being one of the world’s fastest growing shaving brands in the world, one of the main strengths of SuperMax is its innovation of new product. One of its most successful products was the world’s first triple blade disposable razor followed by the world’s first four-blade disposable razor and then the world’s first battery-operated disposable razors for both men and women.
CIC Holdings as a large diversified conglomerate will be using its Food and Personal Care Division for the distribution of the SuperMax product range. The combination of two companies will give the Sri Lankan consumer the benefit of an affordable and innovative shaving product across all socioeconomic groups.
