After the grand successes of the previous seven editions in South Asia, Meditex Sri Lanka 2015 International Expo, commenced yesterday (27 August), all set to be the leading international exhibition of Sri Lanka on medical equipment, surgical instruments, healthcare, hospital equipment and supplies and like its previous editions be the most prestigious, successful and exclusive international exhibition devoted to focus on the entire medical and hospital sector of Sri Lanka; serving as a one-stop single platform to showcase from home and abroad the latest developments and emerging technology.

Sri Lanka has made ‘enormous’ health advances in its medical and hospital sector in the last few years. Besides several Government initiatives, Sri Lanka is also seeing large scale private investments in the hospital sector which makes it the fastest growing sector of the country.
