Blue Mountain wins global recognition at the Asia Pacific Property Awards Summit

Leading real estate giant, the Blue Mountain Group, recently received global recognition and made history for Sri Lanka at the prestigious Asia Pacific Property Awards Summit (APPAS) which took place in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. 



Blue Mountain was awarded the highly coveted 5-Star Award in the ‘Property Consultancy Marketing’ category for its innovative take on the concept of gated community living. At the event, Blue Mountain was also the first Sri Lankan real estate company to achieve a nomination for the International Property Awards which will be held in December 2015. 



Blue Mountain Group Chairman Dr. Hiran Hettiarachchi received the award on behalf of the management team, at the exclusive APPAS presentation ceremony which was attended by leading property development professionals from the Asia Pacific region.  

The Asia Pacific Property Awards Summit recognises excellence in the property industry and promotes international standards of development across the region.
