Blue Mountain sweeps Asia Pacific Property Awards Summit 2016 with 8 prestigious awards

Blue Mountain, the leading real estate major in Sri Lanka, repeated its previous year’s triumph at the recently-held Asia Pacific Property Awards 2016 by becoming the first Sri Lankan company to win eight awards on the prestigious occasion. 

Winning so many awards on such a prestigious regional platform yet again reinforces Blue Mountain’s credentials as the most awarded real estate company in Sri Lanka. The Asia Pacific Property Awards Summit recognises excellence in the property industry and promotes international standards of development across the region. The awards are governed by International Property Media UK.

Blue Mountain Properties won five awards in some interesting categories, starting with the Residential Interior Show Home Category for its Project ‘Blue Mountain – Luxury Show Apartment’ in Colombo 4, which was recognised as the world’s tallest show apartment. 

The company went on to win two awards in the Development Marketing Category for its ‘Sovrano 39’ Apartment in Kohuwala and ‘Grandsburg’ Apartment in Colombo 7. It also bagged an award each in the Property Consultancy Marketing Category for its ‘Lake Corridor – Bolgoda’ project and in the Office Development Category for its ‘Blue Mountain Corporate Office’.

Apart from these individual awards, Blue Mountain also won three awards in partnership with Palmer & Turner Consultants Ltd. Singapore, namely, in the Condominium, Residential Development and Residential High-Rise Development Categories, with Achilleion Sri Lanka.
