A special meeting between the Minister of Ports, Shipping and Aviation Arjuna Ranatunga and the High Commissioner of Bangladesh Tharik Ashar and the High Commissioner of New Zealand Graham Morten was held on 5 February at the Ministry of Ports, Shipping and Aviation. The Secretary to the Ministry L.P. Jayampathi also attended the meeting.
