This includes its fully computerised multi-storey modern head office at No. 506B, Galle Road, Wellawatte. Abans Service is equipped with state-of-the-art equipment and the experience of overseas trained technicians.
Abans customer service also extends its service to smaller towns through its network of 70 authorised service agents. Abans Service centre provides 24 hours emergency service, mobile service for home repairs, as well as the very recently launched mobile service bus, which provides exceptional customer service right at their doorstep. Abans Service centre Wellawatta, also provides ‘super service’ where the technicians attend to repairs over the counter and ‘quick service’ which is a one-day repair service.
Employees are the backbone of a company. As long as they are happy and know that they belong, there is very little that cannot be achieved. Abans Service understands this very well.
