Sri Lanka Apparel Exporters to manufacture 2 million face masks

The Sri Lanka Apparel Exporters Association (SLAEA) has started manufacturing two million face masks to support the heath authorities to combat COVID-19.

This is a donation from SLAEA and about 20 factories have come forward to support the project free of charge.

This project is powered by Viyathmaga.The first set of fabric masks was handed over to SPC Chairman Dr. Prasanna Gunasena by SLAEA Chairman Rehan Lakhani. Omegaline Managing Director Felix Fernando and Eskimo Fashions CEO Indika Liyanahewage are also present.
