Shantha Engineers & Industries bags 2 Bronze at ‘Entrepreneur of the Year’

Shantha Engineers & Industries Ltd., one of the leading companies in the Uva Province, reaffirmed its excellence by winning two Bronze awards at the Entrepreneur of the Year Awards organised by the Federation of Chambers of Commerce and Industries in Sri Lanka (FCCISL).

The flagship event of FCCISL, which has helped many of Sri Lankan entrepreneurs reach global standards in terms of productivity and value creation, was recently held at the BMICH with President Gotabaya Rajapaksa as Chief Guest.

Shantha Engineers & Industries MD M.A. Shanthalal received the two Bronze awards for Medium Category National Level and Uva Provincial Level, respectively, at the awards night.

Shantha Engineers & Industries has earned a name for high quality roller doors, gates, roofing sheets, railings, steel buildings and cutting, rolling and bending metal sheets. In its humble journey to success, the company has achieved many accolades such as silver award at skills competition organised by the Industrial Development Board with securing island's first, second and third places of the same competition several times and the Best Entrepreneur, Uva Province.
