Lanka IOC, Sri Lanka’s No. 1 listed energy company, continues its growth trajectory in terms of increasing its marketing infrastructure for marketing and sales of its Servo – World Class Lubricants. The company recently commissioned the new Servo Lube Distributor in Outer Colombo, Kaduwela area, taking its total channel partner network to 26 nos. across the island.
In terms of market share in the lubricant segment, Servo is currently at No. 2 position in Sri Lanka and this new expansion plans are a step towards being a market leader. In the challenging times, LIOC has come forward and appointed six new Servo Lube Distributors in various districts across the island, which makes it convenient for esteemed customers to source Servo lubricants.
Lanka IOC manufactures automotive, industrial and marine Servo lubricants at its state-of-art plant in Trincomalee. In a statement released, the company affirmed its commitment to the development and economy of Sri Lanka. The entire ranges of Servo Lubricants are locally manufactured. The company has been always at the forefront to offer best quality lubricants at competitive prices. Lanka IOC recently secured major CEB Sapugaskanda and Uthuru Janani power plant lubricant business through competitive bidding. Due to competitive prices of Lanka IOC, CEB has immensely benefited in terms of cost savings.
Lanka IOC shall be the first company to start manufacturing grease locally in Sri Lanka by end of 2020, which is in line with the Government’s Policy for Import Substitution. This would also save precious foreign exchange besides creating employment opportunities and increase in revenue to Government for the value addition.
