The Colombo High Court yesterday decided to adjourn the case filed by the Attorney General against 11 suspects, including former Finance Minister Ravi Karunanayake, in connection with the Treasury bond auction fraud.
The case was scheduled to be heard yesterday before the three-judge Trial-at-Bar of the Colombo High Court comprising Justices Damith Thotawatte, Manjula Tillekeratne and Mohamed Irshadeen.
However, due to the prevailing COVID situation in the country, the Colombo High Court has ordered that the case be recalled on 16 June.
