The BoardPAC and the Chartered Governance Institute will hold an important international webinar titled ‘The new 101 in Corporate Governance’ on 14 May simultaneously across several cities.
The webinar will be held in India, Sri Lanka at 2.30 p.m., Singapore, Malaysia at 5.00 p.m., UK at 10.00 a.m., Australia at 7.00 p.m. and South Africa at 11 a.m.
This webinar will discuss the new role of governance professionals post-COVID-19 pandemic and share key insights to making Sri Lanka corporate governance aligned with the global governance trends.
The panel will consist of leading governance professionals across multiple regions discussing on the new norm in Corporate Governance Post-COVID-19.
They are Chartered Governance Institute UK Policy and Research Director Peter Swabey, Governance Institute of Australia CEO Megan Motto, Institute of Company Secretaries of India President Ashish Garg, Guocoland Singapore Group Company Secretary Mary Goh, Bank Simpanan Nasional, Malaysia Company Secretary Rahayu Bacik, Mdyesha Ndema Attorneys Inc., South Africa Director Mande Ndema and Chartered Governance Institute Sri Lanka Branch President Bentley Barsenbach. The webinar will be moderated by BoardPAC Global Marketing Manager Sarath Perera.
