With the motive of providing high quality fresh, delicious and nutritional eggs to the Sri Lankan market, Arogya Farm Ltd. was recently awarded second place in the ‘Livestock Sector’ category (Large Scale) at the Mahaweli Entrepreneurship Presidential Awards 2019 held on 1 October at the BMICH.
Held under the patronage and guidance of President Maithripala Sirisena, the event facilitated resourceful industry contributors. State Minister of Mahaweli Development and Environment Ajith Mannapperuma and Secretary to the Ministry Anura Dissanayake including MPs Nimal Siripala de Silva, Mahinda Amaraweera, Weerakumara Dissanayake also participated.
