According to the Prime Minister’s office, tests were done as precautionary measures to ensure safety of the staff at the Task Force as they were coordinating countrywide operations to provide relief to the public, the statement from the Prime Minister’s Media Unit said.
The Prime Minister’s office confirmed there were no reported cases among the Task Force members.
Prime Minister’s office said staff members will be periodically tested to ensure their safety and continue uninterrupted operations.
