Nine new COVID-19 patients today, total cases at 760

Nine new cases of COVID-19 were diagnosed today, the Health Services Director General Dr.Anil Jasinghe said, increasing the total number of cases to 760.

Of the nine identified patients, five patients were from the areas of Kolonnawa, Colombo 15, Rajagiriya, and Kandakadu Army Quarantine Centre, while four of the remaining patients are Navy personnel.

A total of 197 people have been discharged after recovering from the virus.
