All time record price for Kiruwanaganga Estate

The Kiruwanaganga Tea Factory situated in Deniyaya established an all-time record price of Rs. 1300 for a BOPF SP grade. The tea was purchased by Mabroc Teas Ltd. at the tea auction which was held at the Ceylon Chamber of Commerce yesterday.

The Kiruwanaganga Estate is managed by Talawakelle Tea Estates PLC.  The sale was conducted by tea broker John Keells PLC.
