Club Hotel Dolphin awarded TUI Top Quality 2019

Serendib Leisure Management, a subsidiary of Hemas Holdings PLC has announced that Club Hotel Dolphin has been awarded ‘TUI Top Quality 2019’ by the largest leisure, travel and tourism company in the world –TUI Germany, yet again.

The TUI Top Quality is only awarded to the best TUI accredited hotels as well as be highly commended by their guests. Receiving a score of 8.7 points out of 10 possible points on the TUI guest survey, Club Hotel Dolphin has clearly proved to be an excellent choice foraccommodation across the board on product offerings, service and facilities. 

Launched in 2015, this is a vote of confidence that assists TUI customers when selecting an accommodation provider for their holidays. In this category, Club Hotel Dolphin has received a total of three awardssince its commencement.
