AirAsia launches Colombo-Bangkok direct flights

AirAsia marked another foray into South Asia yesterday by offering direct services between Colombo in Sri Lanka and Thailand’s capital city of Bangkok. This four-time weekly flight service is slated to commence operation on 14 December with special promotional all-in fares starting from Rs. 13,999* one way to experience the vibrancy of Thailand. 

Operated by Thai AirAsia (flight code FD), this direct route to Bangkok in Thailand will be the airline group’s second connection from Colombo’s Bandaranaike International Airport which includes direct route to Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia (flight code AK).

Promotional all-in fares launched exclusively only for AirAsia BIG Loyalty members from as low as Rs. 13,999* is available for booking on www.airasia.com from 22 October to 4 November for travel from 14 December to 29 March 2019. Non-AirAsia members can access the promo fare from LKR 14,199*.
