Sri Lanka Tea Board sponsors Sri Lanka Women’s Netball Team for World Tournament in UK

Sri Lanka Tea Board is proud to announce the signing of the Sponsorship for the Exclusive Official Overseas Partner for Women’s Netball Team Sri Lanka at the World Netball Cup in Liverpool 2019.

Under the guidance of the Plantation Industries Minister Navin Dissanayake, Sri Lanka Tea Board agreed to sponsor the Sri Lanka Women’s Netball Team as the exclusive Official Overseas Partner at the World Netball Cup Liverpool, UK in July. 

Sri Lanka Tea Board Acting Director General Jayantha Edirisinghe and Netball Federation of Sri Lanka President Trixie Jayantha Nanayakkara signed the sponsorship contract on 2 April. As the Exclusive Official Overseas Partner, Sri Lanka Tea Board is planning to conduct promotional events parallel to the World Netball Tournament in Liverpool with the collaboration of Sri Lankan High Commission in the UK to promote ‘Ceylon Tea’ in the UK.
