Singer League 2019: Plate Kingswood hand off Sumangala

Kingswood College scored an easy 58/18 win over Sri Sumangala College, Kandy in their Singer League 2019 Plate encounter which worked off at the Nittawela Rugby Stadium on 20 April.

At the short breather, the winners led 22/13.

Kingswood tries were scored by Shazan Rahuman (2), Chathura Soysa (2), Hirusha Sampath (2), Tuan Fareed, Dinal Ekanayake and Nipun Dharmaratne. Hirusha Sampath, the nippy scrum-half, did the kicking duties for the Randles Hill school; meanwhile, the Sumangala tries were scored by Tharusha Dassanayake and Amesh Jayasinghe with Umesh Weerakoon doing the kicking duties.
