The Mallakam Sri Baskaran Cricket Ground – Jaffna, built under the patronage of Sri Lanka Cricket (SLC), was declared open on Sunday, 14 March with the participation of SLC Vice President Ravin Wickramaratne and Chief Guest Jaffna District Secretary K. Mahesan.
