Rankoth appointed as President of Central Province Referees Society

The Central Province Rugby Referees Society held its Annual General Meeting at the Kandy Sports Club Club House last weekend. Former Sylvestrian and Kandy SC player Aruna Rankothge was appointed as the President for 2017/2018.
