Canterbury powers Isipathana rugby team through Odel Sports

Canterbury of New Zealand, the legendary sports clothing brand, has undertaken to power the Isipathana College rugby team by providing full kits, comprising of branded jerseys, shorts and socks to the team via Odel Sports, the sportswear department of the iconic fashion and lifestyle retailer. Odel is the exclusive authorised distributor for Canterbury in Sri Lanka.

The first school in Sri Lanka to obtain a triple championship in rugby, the Isipathana College Rugby team is one of 17 teams from rugby playing schools in the country and has an impressive record of notable achievements in the sport. In 1965, the school was affiliated to the Sri Lanka Rugby Football Union’s Schools Section and has since been at the forefront of schools rugby in the country.
