World Dream, the newest luxury cruise ship, calls at Colombo Port

World Dream,’ the newest luxury cruise ship belonging to Dream Cruises, berthed at the East Container Terminal in Colombo Port on Friday. Built by Meyer Werft in Germany, the vessel has a length of 335 meters and Tonnage of 151,300 GRT. The vessel call in Colombo was mainly to sign on over 400 crew members of various nationalities and to take on bunkers and provisions. From Colombo she sails for Singapore and thereon to Hong Kong, from where she will commence her cruising in the Far Eastern market. Agency services were provided by Shipping Agency Services Ltd.
