WISTA holds forum on digitisation of ports and women in maritime technology

The Sri Lankan Chapter of the Women’s International Shipping and Trading Association (WISTA) in association with #DataccioConnect (maritime technology based events) held a one day seminar on the digitalization of ports and technology for crew with an exclusive segment on ‘Women in Maritime Technology’ recently. The event brought together technology experts, solutions providers and real use cases from across the maritime ecosystem and the globe to present on the latest developments and implementations of AI, IoT, Blockchain, Big Data, Cybersecurity, etc. that are causing disruptions in the maritime sphere. - Pix by Upul Abayasekara
