CILT presents FCILT status certificate to Capt. Rohith Fernando

CILT held its AGM at the Kingsbury recently. On conclusion of the AGM CILT Chairperson Gayani de Alwis handed over the FCILT status certificate to Captain Rohith Fernando. He is the only recipient for 2019 so far.
