Tharanga Land Sales wins Gold at MASSCO Business Excellence 2019

Tharanga Land Sales Ltd., one of the leading property sales companies in Sri Lanka, was the proud winner of a Gold award at the MASSCO Business Excellence Awards 2019. The prestigious annual event was recently held at Hotel Ramada, Colombo, with Minister Patali Champika Ranawaka participating as the Chief Guest. 

Tharanga Land Sales has been a trusted name in the property sales sector for over 20 years. With a staff of over 80 employees, the company’s head office is located at Kottawa with another branch located in Galle. Founder and Chairman Bandula Karunaratne is a Management (Special) graduate of the University of Sri Jayewardenepura. Tharanga Land Sales has a number of accolades to its name, including a Shramabhimani Award, and Gold Awards from MASSCO in 2017 and 2018.

Tharanga Land Sales currently offers valuable plots of lands from Kaduwela, Kiribathgoda, Homagama, Gampaha, Kesbewa, Galle, and Matara.
