Oceanfront Condominiums – Nilaveli recently conducted the first Annual General Meeting with the owners to mark another significant milestone in the successful journey of developing luxury vacation condominiums by International Construction Consortium Ltd., which holds the finest reputation for its excellence in the construction field.

In this AGM, a council of seven owners was appointed under the supervision of the Condominium Management Authority.

This opportunity invited all the owners to bring forth their ideas for the development of the property in order to meet the high demand during the tourist season in Nilaveli. So all the owners were excited and were looking forward to work together on this.

Last year, it was noted that the occupancy rates of renting out furnished units either privately or through the Oceanfront Condominiums Rental Management by owners were remarkably high as 85-90%.

Further, the owners appreciated the staff at the Condominium, for carrying out maintenance duties timely, for operating the rentals for the tourists in a smooth manner and for the other excellent work done by them.
