Home Lands inaugurates Anuradhapura branch

With the view of offering well-developed land plots for the housing needs of the people in North Central Province, Home Lands Holding Ltd. launched its newest branch in Anuradhapura, the capital city of the province, on 24 January.

The opening ceremony was attended by Home Lands Group Chairman Nalin Herath, Director Harshani Herath, Chief Operating Officer Hiran Gunasekera, Senior AGM Lanka Jayasinghe, Senior AGM Sudath Bandara and AGM (Legal) Nimali Gunasekera, among others.

“Particularly with the forecasted infrastructural enhancements for this world heritage city, encouraging trends with regard to real estate expansions could be expected in NCP,” said Hiran Gunasekera.

Home Lands is the land development arm of Home Lands Group and currently possesses many residential land development projects in most of the vital real estate oases in Sri Lanka.
