Home Lands SkyLine Ltd. kicks off first phase of Elixia 3C’s SkyLine Apartments

Home Lands SkyLine Ltd. on 23 January broke ground on Elixia 3C’s Skyline Apartments, a new resort-style apartment complex located along Chandrika Kumaratunga Mawatha, Malabe.
