Capitol TwinPeaks, a testament to Sri Lanka-Singapore partnership

Capitol TwinPeaks, the flagship venture of the Sanken Group, located on the Beira lakefront in Colombo 2, stands as a testament of good international relations for Singapore-Sri Lanka ties.

Designed by world-renowned P&T Group (Palmer & Turner), an award-winning, global design firm that provides innovative, commercially successful and sustainable design solutions since its inception in 1868. Consistently ranked in the top 10 largest consultancies in the world, operating in over 70 cities, P&T Group – partnering with the Sanken Group, has forged forward through their shared commitment to design excellence and delivery to design Capitol TwinPeaks. 

The project stands as an architectural marvel as the home to South Asia’s highest skybridge, featuring an arresting glass facade, exclusive rooftop facilities, use of location to provide residents with spectacular views of the Beira Lake, the Indian Ocean, the rising cityscape and Colombo’s centrepiece – the Lotus Tower.

The remarkable 50-storey, 25 billion residential project by the Sanken group’s Capitol Developers and Sanken Construction consists of 438 units, located on the coveted Beria Lakefront in Colombo 2.

The investment project that is now more than 50% sold, is backed by further international prowess through the partnership of Fabulux – lighting specialists and Ecoplan – landscape specialists, both of which hail from Singapore, with their focus on eco-friendly design and sustainable living.
