“As a part of our journey towards excellence, we initiated the KAIZEN implementation process at our Pannala factory in April 2018. We empowered our employees and encouraged them to present their ideas on methods that can improve their day to day work. We have implemented these ideas and they have delivered great results showing vast improvements in areas of quality and productivity. Two of the best ideas implemented last year were submitted at this competition and we are confident that our teams will continue to strive for improvement and the results will be beneficial to all our stakeholders,” commented Keells Food Products PLC CEO Sumudu Thanthirigoda.
