The battle brewing between the ‘Tea Traditionalists’ and the ‘Hub Hopers’ is detrimental to the industry; there is a much bigger ‘battle’ to be fought in the ‘real world’ of retail shelves and consumer consumption. This is where the destiny of the industry is being decided.

To draw an analogy, the patient’s health is gradually deteriorating, whilst the two surgeons are still debating how to operate!
