Madam Dilrukshi – the lawmaker cum breaker!

The Solicitor General and ex-Director of the Bribery Commission has been interdicted with immediate effect based on the highly-controversial comments during the telephone conversation she has had with Avant-Garde Chairman Nissanka Senadhipathi, which according to her, has been edited, doctored and distorted. 

She in my opinion should not only be interdicted but deserves to be both penalised by enforcing a heavy fine and imprisoned (even life) for the detrimental and shocking (I am at a loss for words to express my actual feelings) pronouncements – can make/break laws, etc., she has made which is unbecoming of her post. I wonder how a lady of this questionable calibre was appointed to this honourable post. Can we now trust the four-member commission that was appointed by the President a few days ago to further inquire into the Easter Sunday attacks?
