Zahira College holds Nelson Mandela Day

Zahira College Colombo recently organised Nelson Mandela Day at the College Gaffoor Hall. High Commissioner of South Africa in Sri Lanka R.P. Maks was present as Chief Guest. It was held under the patronage of Principal of the College Trizviiy Marikkar. 

The High Commissioner presented gift packs to the students at this ceremony. Political Counsellor of the Embassy J. Van Niekerk, Administrative Officer M.S.M. Siraj, Social Secretary to the High Commissioner F.F.H.S. Ismail, Deputy Principals of the College Ananda Ponnemperuma, Razeen Assen, Vice Principals A.M. Mihilar, Hijazi Mohideen, Fazlin Firdhouse, P.O.G. Muhiseen Ariff, teachers and students were also present.
