SLPP says no ETCA, FTAs in the future

Parliamentarian Rohitha Abeygunawardena said yesterday that the Free Trade Agreements (FTA) which affect the economy would not be initiated in the future.

“We are not expecting to sign any FTA which hinders the independence of the Sri Lankan economy therefore we would not consider agreements like ECTA in the future.”
