Minister Amaraweera launches agricultural development programs in Northern Province

Agriculture Development Minister Mahinda Amaraweera visited the Northern Province on 18 October and vested to the people many development programs in the field of agriculture in Vavuniya and Kilinochchi. The minister opened an Agriculture Research Centre at Iranamadu Kilinochchi and an Agrarian Services Centre Pampai Madu at Vavuniya. Deputy Minister Ankajan Ramanathanm Kader Mastan, M.P. Sumenthiran and Kilinochchi and Vavuniya Government Agents participated at these events.
