Diploma in Journalism at SLCJ

The Sri Lanka College of Journalism (SLCJ) has commenced registering students for its 14th intake and the deadline for receiving application is 26 January 2018. 

The diploma is a full-time one-year course. The four core subjects of the diploma are Print Television, Radio and Social Media. During the scheme of studies, internships are also provided at recognised media institutions as part of its curriculum. The diploma offers three language streams and the college will use the experience and talents of senior journalists to conduct sessions. Applicants to follow the diploma preferably should have three passes at the GCE Advanced Level and be between the ages of 18 and 25. 

Those who have passed the GCE Ordinary Level will also be considered.
