Defence Services Command and Staff College delegation study tour to Australia

A delegation of faculty and student officers from the Defence Services Command and Staff College Sapukaskanda led by Commandant Maj. Gen. Ruwan Kulatunga RSP ndc psc, recently completed a study tour to Australia. The delegation together with officials from Australia Defence and the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade were hosted to dinner at the High Commission in Canberra by the High Commissioner Somasundaram Skandakumar. 

As a gesture of appreciation a plaque was handed to the High Commissioner by Maj. Gen. Kulatunga. The Deputy High Commissioner Himalee Arunatilaka, and Ministers Chandana Weerasena and Aravindi De Silva were associated with the High Commissioner.
